Vacation Rental Description
Wake to fabulous ocean views! All three levels have ocean views.
The master bedroom, with it's own deck, has an incredible view of
the ocean. (The first two photos were taken from this deck) Two
bedrooms share a bath on the first level. One bedroom has a queen
size bed and a TV hooked to cable. The other lower-level bedroom has
two twin beds and a TV with a VCR but no cable yet. The 2nd level
features the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The
living room has a 32" TV with cable, DVD and VCR. There are a few
DVDs for rainy days and a lot of VHS tapes. Two bedrooms, each with
it's own bath are on the top level. The master features a king-size
bed and TV hooked to cable with a DVD player. The second upstairs
bedroom has a full-size bed with twin bunk over top. There are five
decks, so it's easy to relax with a book. The beach is less than 50
yards away. New carpet and hardwood floors in 2004. This is a small,
quiet community of 14 townhouses where you can enjoy quiet time, or
walk one block to the nightlife Dewey Beach offers.

New siding and roofs were put on the complex the fall of 2005. New
sliding doors (7 total) and windows installed in this unit 2006.
New vertical blinds installed 2006.

Vacation Rental Amenities
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a microwave, range,
dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and more.
Washer and dryer.
Outside shower for rinsing off.
The living room has a 32" TV hooked to cable with DVD player, VCR
with about 100 movies and stereo system.
The master bedroom has a 20" TV hooked to cable and DVD.
One lower-level bedroom has a 20" TV hooked to cable and VCR.
One bedroom has a king bed. One bedroom has a queen bed. One
bedroom has a full and twin. One bedroom has two twins.
There is also a sofa-bed.

Activities and Attractions
The ocean calls so relax and enjoy the tranquility of the beach.
Jet ski rentals are available on the bay, just a couple of blocks
away.
Run to the north end of the Rehoboth Boardwalk and back for a 4.25
mile run.
Shopping galore at the outlet malls.

Most of Dewey Beach is two or three blocks wide and the house is beach-side. Relax on the beach or go to the bay for water sports. A whole lot of outlet shopping is just a couple miles away. Several golf courses are nearby. Miniature golf, go-carts, arcades and more are available for kids of any age.

After September 27 -- $850/week

$500 refundable deposit is required. Half the total is due with the lease signing with the second half due three weeks prior to check-in. Cancellations three months or more prior to check-in will be refunded all but $100. Cancellations one to three months prior to check-in will be charged half the weekly rate. If re-rented, all but $250 will be refunded. Cancellations less than one month prior to check-in will be charged for the week unless the week is re-rented. If re-rented, all but $250 will be refunded.
