Vacation Rental Description
In the Beach House, you are surrounded by amazing views of Lake Superior. The home features an open living room and kitchen area, with an eat-in counter, as well as a family room with satellite TV and DVD player. We have four bedrooms which accommodate a total of eight people, two full baths, main floor laundry, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and folding chairs for your use on the beach.  
 
Our large deck has patio furniture & built-in benches for you to enjoy the beautiful views, and stairs that bring you to the path down to the water. We have 125 feet of Lake Superior sandy beach frontage for you to enjoy while you stay at the Beach House.  
 
We are located just 5 miles from Marquette, where you will find shopping, restaurants, Northern Michigan University & Marquette General Hospital. It is a beautiful town in all four seasons, with plenty of outdoor things to do at any time of year.

    • We have a high chair, potty chair & portable playpen for little ones upon request. The rental fee includes linens, towels and all kitchen utensils during your stay. There is no additional cleaning fee.

    For Reservations: * We require a $250 security deposit, which will be returned to you within 7 days after you leave the Beach House, assuming everything is left in good order. * Once we receive the security deposit and a signed guest contract, your dates will be reserved. * Cancellation policy: if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date, security deposit is non-refundable (but we will refund it if able to rent your reserved time). * We accept cashier's checks and PayPal.
