This is a luxury, modern beautiful 4200 sq foot finished home. It is situated on 5 acres on a private road in the wonderful woods, near Long Lake. This home is located on Appollo Lake which is a small private lake with lots of wildlife but is not an all-sports lake. It is beautiful too look at and views of the wilderness and wildlife are fantastic.  
 
The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, a large master bath, large garden tub. We have a gourmet kitchen with hickory cabinets, large center island w/ 3 stools, stainless steel appliances and open to the dining and living areas. Large living room with hardwood floors, gas stone fireplace and access to nice deck with patio furniture overlooking the beautiful backyard and sunset views on the lake. Upstairs has an open loft area with seating and bookcase, open to two large bedrooms (1 has a queen bed, the other bedroom has 1 full bed and a twin bunk) and full bathroom. Thru the loft area you walk thru the office which has a full sized raised airbed, then on to the large fourth bedroom with a queen bed and TV. The basement is totally finished - it is like a mother-in law suite. It has a mini kitchen and high top pub table that seats 8 for playing cards and hanging out. There is a full bathroom. The Rec area has a 50 inch plasma TV and Air hockey and a dart board. There is a large deck that walks out into the backyard. The fifth bedroom is in the basement with a king sized bed.  
 
This is a wonderful home and is great for family reunions and large get togethers!! We have even had requests for weddings :) It is fully furnished with everything you could want for a relaxing, well deserved family vacation. We are conveniently located 7 miles from downtown Traverse City, 4 miles from the Grand Traverse Mall and lots of shopping and restaurants. Golfing, airport, wine-tasting, theater, boating, kayaking, swimming, hiking, casinos. You name it, it is all close by but with the luxury of being out of the hustle and bustle. 
 
We are only renting this out by the week and it fills up fast so don't wait!! Sorry to any of those who tried to reserve this property last year - we had to start out again this year !

				Low Season Price:	$2,600 per Week
				High Season Price:	$2,600 per Week

Require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit to reserve your dates made out in a cashiers check along with the signed contract. The remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date along with a separate Money Order in the amount of $200 that is a damage deposit. This will be mail directly back to you within 7 days or your departure assuming there was no damage to the home or belongings.
