Most of our properties are lake front properties that rent by the week during the summer months, Saturday to Saturday. What we require at time of reservation is: Half down of your stay, including tax, and a refundable security deposit. Your remaining half is due 30 days prior to your stay. We take all major credit cards. Cancellation policy is: Cancel 90 days out or longer, get a full refund (minus $75.00 processing fee) Less than 90 days, monies refunded if we rebook the property.
