Reservations are from Saturday 3:00pm to Saturday 11:00am A $425 dollar payment with a additional $500 for depisit on the property, bringing the total of $925 at the time the reservation is made. The remaining $425 paid by the time of arrival. When all fees have been paid, we will forward the combination to the lock box which allows entry to the cottage. After your vacation week has expired, a inventory will be taken and a asseccment will be made to insure nothing has been damadged and your $500 deposit will be returned within 5 business days. In the event of a cancellation we will refund all but a $100 for the missed dates on our rental schedual. If we re-reserve those dates, we will refund all fees. Make sure your dates are open and correct befor you reserve! We have some flexability, but once reservations are made we continue to the next weeks renters, creating a domino effect of rentals.
