This charming Second Floor condo overlooks the sandy beaches of Little Traverse Bay. It is located near the center of a 26 mile bike path that connects Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The master bedroom and living room each have a private deck and 12 feet of windows for spectacular sunset views. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own full bathroom. The second bedroom is a loft with a full size and twin bed and its own full bathroom. The living room has a queen size pull-out. Tannery Creek Condominiums are adjacent to Petoskey State Park, tucked away in a private area, and within walking distance to the historic community of Bay View with their wonderful summer music/cultural programs. Only 40 minutes south of Mackinaw Island, and a 15 minute drive to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. Restrictions: No Pets. No Smoking. No RVs, boats or trailers are permitted on the premises at any time.

Monthly or Long Term rates available June 15th - Sept 15th: $1600/week, 2 or more weeks $1500/week Winter, Spring, Fall: $220/night (3 night minimum) or $1000/week Holiday: (Dec 15 thru Jan 2) $250/night (3 night minimum) or $1400/week
