Vacation Rental Description
This cottage is set back in the woods with residential neighbors on either side. Private, 73 ft sandy beach is yours to enjoy. 850 sq. ft. cottage comes with everything you need, just pack your clothes and personal items! Beautiful Wolf Lake has clear, warm water perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. A fishing boat, paddle boat and two kayaks are yours to use, along with a dock. Public launch available if you would like to bring your own boat. Perfect for tubing and water skiing as well. The beach is sandy with a nice grass yard as well. Large inflatable climb and slide also anchored in the water, perfect for family fun! The cottage has one large bedroom with a queen bed, a futon, and double/twin bunk bed. Living room has pull out sofa. Loft area, which opens into living room below, has a double bed. Children's toys and games on site, including Nintendo. We have TV with cable, DVD and VCR players. Air conditioner in the bedroom. Fire pit outside. Many attractions nearby, including Michigan's Adventure amusement park (20 minutes), Lake Michigan beach (20 minutes), Grand Haven beach and shops (30 minutes), city of Grand Rapids (60 minutes) has multiple offerings as well. We have been renting for three years now and have nothing but positive feedback from many happy families.

    $250 booking deposit required to hold dates, personal checks accepted. Balance due 30 days prior to rental, personal checks accepted. A separate security deposit of $250 is also due 30 days prior to rental and must be cashiers check or money order. This deposit is returned provided the cottage is left without damages and there were no rule violations. Refund is given for cancellation only if the period is re-booked, minus $50 fee. Even if the entire rental amount has not been paid prior to cancellation, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF THE RENTAL PERIOD UNLESS IT IS RE-BOOKED. During high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) rentals are offered for 5-7 days. In the off season a minium two night stay is required.
