Welcome to the perfect beachfront home for family vactions and reunions, directly on Lake Michigan! There's more than first meets the eye. This 3-story 3,900 s.f. home is actually a multi-generational design affording total privacy for everyone with 6 bedrooms and 5 full baths, 2 jacuzzi tubs plus 3 kitchens, 3 living and dining areas...even 3 washers and 3 dryers. It's like getting 3 condos but with total privacy for your entire family. The Lake Michigan Sunset House sleeps a up to a total of 20 people - 16 in the house in beds, 2 in air beds, plus 2 in the adorable little log cabin right on the edge of the beach.

All 3 levels overlook an incredible sweep of beach that is ideal for walking, sunbathing, swimming, or whatever your heart desires. There's no bluff to tackle - just walk right out to the beach and the water. It's ideal for kids! Take advantage of the canoe and kayaks on the calmer days. We provide life jackets in many sizes, plus sand toys for the little ones. Chaise lounge chairs and upright chairs are also provided. We even have board games and 3 video libraries for those rainy days. Play while watching the storms over Lake Michigan!

Located just minutes north of historic downtown Manistee, Michigan and just minutes south of beautiful Onekama, Michigan - a Two Lake Town - where you will find fabulous dining and recreation. Our info books tell of many activities and restaurants.

WEDDINGS: We specialize in BEACH WEDDINGS, and indoor weddings in the Penthouse Chapel. We can accommodate up to 20 people for your destination wedding, and up to 40 for the ceremony and reception. We offer full wedding planning services, including but not limited to:

· Cedar benches/pews for beach seating for up to 40 people. Includes delivery, set-up and return. (Beach weddings only). Benches can be decorated with floral arrangements which convert to table arrangements.
· Rental of Tent, Tables and Chairs
· Transformation of Penthouse to wedding
· Coordination with Florist, Minister, Caterer, and overal coordinatin during the ceremony and reception. Spa services (massages, facials, hair, make up, manicures, pedicures, etc.), Photographer, Transportation for guests not staying at the Lake Michigan Sunset Beach House

Refund is available if cancelled more than 45 days before arrival date, less a $500 cancellation fee. No refunds are available less than 45 days before arrival date unless we are able to rerent the home, in which case the $500 cancellation fee applies. You may reschedule your dates for a $300 fee. PAYPAL payments accepted.
