The cottages are located just 1/2 block from Ludington's city beach, North Pier, lighthouse and Sterns Park,
7 blocks from the downtown area, restaurants and shops. We are just 5 miles from the Ludington State Park, one block from tennis courts and ball diamonds, 4 blocks from the new skate park located at the south end of the city beach.
Built in 1937, they have been meticulously maintained and landscaped. Each individual cottage is decorated differently but all retain the original knotty pine interiors and field-stone fireplaces. Complete with fully equipped kitchens, TV/DVD, all linens and towels and a large shady deck with gas grills.

Reservations must be secured within 7 days after placing the reservation by check, money order or MasterCard/Visa (May-Nov). The deposit is 50% down and the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival date at which time all changes or cancellations would have to be made to receive a refund of the deposit amount. The rates for the cottages at Parkview: 1,2,3,4,5,6&8 and the Pentwater cottage are as follows: May: $78 weekdays/$93 weekends/$455 weekly June 1-18: $88 weekdays/$125 weekends/$651 weekly June 19 & 20: Gus Macker (please call for information) June 21 - Aug 15: $805 per week $125 per night for 4-6 nights (weekend/weekday) $135 per night for 3 weekend nights $150 per night for 2 weekend nights Aug 23 - Sept 3: $98 weekdays/$125 weekends/$700 weekly Labor Day weekend: $135 per night/$700 weekly Sept 8 - Oct 24: $78 weekdays/$93 weekends/$455 weekly Oct 24 - Closing: $78 per night/$455 weekly
