Home has 3 bedrooms on the main floor, plus a full basement, with tv and ping pong table, with a sleeper-sofa. Air-conditioning, washer & dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and all cooking utensils, 3 tvs, out-door gas grill, full set of outdoor patio furniture. Bedding included.
