This spectacular property is located on Cape Cod Bay, just a few miles north of the Cape Cod Canal. It is situated on a small bluff overlooking the entire bay without obstruction. On clear days you can see the Provincetown Tower across the Bay, watch the maritime traffic emerge from the canal, observe the lobster boats on their quest and pleasure craft cruising and sailing by. Down a short flight of stairs is a private beach, delightful for swimming at high tide and for exploring the tidal pools when the tide is low. Fishing, boating, snorkeling, wandering, cavorting or just relaxing are all at your back door! The property is set in a quiet and seemingly remote location down a fork on a dirt road. The noise of everyday life is missing. The house is largely windows on the ocean side, with an open floor plan. Kitchen, dining room, living room, and bedroom with bath on the first floor can sleep five. On the second floor is a large social room with a full bath and sleeping space for four.
