A few minutes walk to popular Surfside Beach, the huge private lawn surrounds a new swimming pool with spa and sun deck. Situated directly on the bike path, it's also an easy mile and a half bike ride into lovely Nantucket town, filled with delightful shops top rated restaurants, museums and renowned historic architecture. 
With a large Main House and 3 bedroom Cottage the property accommodates a total of 19 people. Sit on the back porch and hear the sound of the surf.  
 
The light-filled Main House has one master bedroom on each floor, a 5 bed children's bunk/play room, a queen size guest bedroom, and a king size guest bedroom, four bathrooms and an outdoor shower. 
 
There's a large, well equipped kitchen, full pantry, dining room and a ballroom-size living room overlooking the pool and lawn. There is also a mudroom with full laundry, a large foyer with great storage, and parking for four automobiles. The charming guest cottage has three bedrooms (king, queen, twins) one bath, a kitchen and living room with dining area, a large deck and front porch.
