Vacation Rental Description
Our new, spacious, sunny Colonial home, packed with amenities, offers the perfect, deluxe Vineyard vacation. We are located on 1.1 green acres, lovingly landscaped for total visual privacy, just steps from the State Forest bike path and 1.5 miles from Long Point Beach. Enjoy our spacious 20' X 40' swimming pool, or relax on our substantial, furnished deck with a new, state-of-the-art Weber gas grill. There's free WiFi throughout the property, and you can listen to your favorite music throughout the house, deck and pool area (we have Sirius/XM radio, an Ipod docking station and CD player; speakers galore). We have a private outdoor shower with changing area, and a backyard hammock for your enjoyment.  
Inside, on the first floor, we have a huge, modern kitchen with new appliances, breakfast table and center island for plenty of seating, a "formal" dining room, living room with flat-screen tv, game table, books and games,and a half-bath. Downstairs, you'll find a large basement playroom with a ping pong table, more games and toys, and a laundry area. We also have a charming farmer's porch with a swing, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. We do not allow smoking or pets, and the cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. We provide sheets and bed linens, but not towels. 
Our four, spacious bedrooms, located on the second floor include a master suite with a new king-sized bed, large en suite bathroom with double sinks and whirlpool bath, and large walk-in closet. The "bunk" bedroom contains two twin bunk beds, with s sleep chair; the queen bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, and a sleep chair, and there's another bedroom with one double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with alarm clock/radios and telephones. There is a large hallway bath with double sinks.

    One-half of the total cost of the rental, plus the $1,000 (redfundable) security deposit is required upon signing the lease to "hold" the rental, with final payment due 60 days in advance of the rental start date. Payment by bank check in U.S. dollars only. Any cancellation must be made by notifying the owners by telephone and in writing. If the tenant cancels the reservation and the rental period can be re-rented at the same rate, the tenant will recieve a refund from the owner, less a 25% cancellation fee for the gross rental. If the cancellation cannot be re-rented at the full amount, the tenant is responsible to pay and is required to pay the full amount.
