This very cute cottage is in the Brant Rock area of Marshfield. Marshfield is 30 minutes south of Boston and 30 minutes north of Cape Cod. Enjoy your summer vacation by the beach without the hectic traffic the more touristy areas.The first floor has a sun porch, kitchen with a table and 4 chairs, 1 bedroom, living room and 1 bath. The scond floor is a large open loft style bedroom with a full size bed, couch, tv and two queen air mattresses if needed.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed.
The back yard has plenty of lawn furniture, a fire pit, and gas grill.
