Built in 1884 for the Sea Captain because of it's perfect point location, the Manomet Beach house has been completely renovated and features cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, skylights, a cozy fireplace, big screen TV, wireless internet, and an open floor plan with a large, fully equipped kitchen. A wrap-around deck and an outdoor spa (with a hot and cold outdoor shower) overlooks a spectacular ocean view and we have a private beach for bonfires and cook-outs. Four bedrooms with plenty of TVs, DVDs, VCRs, a reading and video library, toys, Playstation, and more. The beach house is located near a bird sanctuary, where you can spot a variety of wildlife including ocean seals, exotic birds, and sometimes even a deer! We're walking distance to a public boat ramp, the very popular White Horse beach, fresh take-out seafood, and nature trails. This house is perfect for relaxation, romance or socializing with family and friends!
