This is a very unique round house haveing breathtaking ocean views and amazing sunsets from the patio. There is a private beach with 250 feet of beach and ocean frontage. Child freindly beach, sandy bottom, no drop offs. The home has 3 king size bedroom and tow full bathrooms as well as 2 twin size pullout beds in the living room. There is an outdoor shower, a covered patio as well as a patio that runs all the way around the house. It is a vry private setting will being in the middle of everything you need. Restaurant, minigolf, outdoor market(which is a lot of fun and very nice stuff)shopping all within 1 mile of the house. West Dennis is centrally located on the Cape with easy access to Hyannis and to Provincetown. There are nearby rental of jetskiis. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated, all new dishes, pans, linens etc.

    • linens are provided, the tenant is responsible for laundering all sheets and towels, remaking of the beds with clean linens which are available in each room, prior to your checkout at 10AM. I have a cleaning service in between rentals, she will fold the last load of linens, so you do not have to wait for that load to dry. She will charge extra if there is more that one load to fold.

    • The Cape has a lot to offer, golf, there is an indoor zoo for young children, pleny of resaurants, kyaking on the Swan River, water sports rental just down the beach at the Lighthouse Inn. There is a nearby bike trail, fishing boat charters, movie theater and horse back riding not to far from Dennis. There is mini golf, trampolines, batting cages, bumper boats, and a lot of other things to do as well as the amazing private beach just for you.

    		  Low Season Price: $5,000 per Week
      High Season Price: $5,000 per Week
         

    The rent is $5000 per week, Saturday to Saturday. I require a $1000 deposit to hold the week, then a lease will be sent out. There is a $750 security deposit with the signing of the lease and the balance of the rent to be paid in full 30 days prior to your stay. If you cancel 90days before there will be a full refund, 60 days 50% refund and 30 days 25%. No refund with less than 30 days as the likelyhood of renting that week has passed at that time.
