The Herring River Gallery is located in an antique farmhouse built in the 1840's and features the work of owner/artist, Robert Hammerquist. There is a charming studio cottage for two on the property located in a 1960's era barn which sits by itself in the pines. The property abuts the National Seashore in north Wellfleet and is located on winding Route 6 near the Truro line and just south of the Herring River. It is minutes from Wellfleet Village and beautiful ocean and bay beaches and fresh-water ponds.

The studio cottage is elegantly rustic with an efficiency kitchen, one bedroom, a large modern bath and living-dining area with gas log fireplace/stove and sliding door to a cozy, secluded patio.

There is no smoking in the cottage and no pets are allowed. The cottage is available mid-April through October. T

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	$650 per Week
				High Season Price:	$950 per Week

Cottage rate per night: $195 with a 2-night minimum on weekends. Rate per week: $950 Rates quoted are for up to two people.
Deposit requirements: For a stay of 3 or less nights, 100% deposit required within 7 days of booking. For a stay of more than 3 nights, 50% deposit required within 7 days of booking with balance due on arrival. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Cancellation policy: Guests are responsible for the full length of their reservation. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we must have at least 15 days notice. In the case of any less notice or any shortening of stay, refund will be subject to our ability to rebook for the period of the reservation. A $20 service charge will apply on any cancellation.
Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.
