Rents to responsible, non-smoking adults. Summer rentals by week, Sat-Sat only. Nightly rentals with 2 night minimum available from Sept. through June. Couples and family discounts offered. Linens included in all rentals. Cleaning fee $60 extra on 2-night rentals only. A deposit of 50% of rent is required at booking/ final payment due 21 days before check in. Additional $300 refundable security deposit due with final payment. Check payment preferred; credit cards for last minute and international bookings (additional fees may apply). Cancellation policy: Nov-May rentals get full refund minus $50 cancellation fee. June-Oct rentals get full refund only if re-rented at same rate. Traveler's insurance encouraged.

We found it so easy to relax in this charming cottage. The bed and shower were fabulous! We were able to get everywhere in a short time. Great restaurants and close by. This was our first visit to Turtle Cove Cottage, but hopefully will not be our last...It was so comfortable; it was just like being in our own home...This is our third visit to the Cape in four years...Of the three trips, Turtle Cove was our favourite accommodation with everything as outlined in the listing...Thanks to Judith and Doug for providing an ideal environment for a retired couple. We had family members drop by on a couple of occasions during our stay, and they were quite impressed by everything. Everything was neat and clean and all communications related to our stay in advance and after the visit were prompt and detailed. There were lots of suggestions for places to go and things to do in the detailed "user guide" in the Cottage. (Traveller-submitted review to VRBO.com/286689)

A Charming Cottage in a Great Location!
Cottage was charming and well appointed. The little extras made this a great location - the beach gear and small boat, the well-stocked kitchen, and especially the notebook filled with ideas for beaches, rainy day fun, sightseeing and cruises, and restaurant menus. We used it often!
Beds were comfortable (especially the queen bed in the master bedroom!), as were the furnishings in the living room. Patio furniture on the back deck was used daily. The loft would be great for older kids, or even for adults that are kids at heart! The back yard wasn't terrific, but there's a play house that just needed a good hosing down, and the little one enjoyed playing in it.
The nearby beach at the pond is perfect for a little one, and there are wonderful ocean beaches, both near and far, for adults and older children (and little ones will love it too!). The quiet neighborhood is great for walks and bike rides, and is convenient to mini-golf, shopping and restaurants . . . Turtle Cove Cottage proved to be the PERFECT location for our recent family vacation. The cottage was suitated just a short walk from all amenities including the small beach/pond,local supermarkets and a selection of places to eat. Although we did rent a car it would be possible to get by without one given the public transport in the summer months. The neighbourhood is clean & friendly and was ideal for walking with our 8 month old baby. We found the owners extremely accommodating and helpful and they provided additional baby equipment for our use such as baby bath, feeding chair, travel cot etc - this made our packing a lot easier!! They were also very helpful with any questions we have before we arrived and always responded very promptly. The Cottage itself is well maintained and cleaned to a high standard and exacted what we expected based on the photos on the website. The owners have provided ALL kitchen essentials and everything that you could need for a relaxing holiday - including comfortable patio furniture. If it gets too hot outside the central A/C all over the house works a treat!!! Overall the Cottage offered fantastic value. I would definately recommend this property to family and friends travelling to the Sates and we hope to visit ourselves again soon! (Traveller submitted review to HomeAway.com/275888)

We had a great time at Turtle Cove Cottage. We felt right at home from the moment that we walked in. Our kids loved the bunk room off of the kitchen and were tucked in cozy every night. The bright open living room was a great place to relax after long days at the beach. The DVR made it easy for us to keep up on all of our latest shows too! The amenities provided were great, especially the boat, which we used at the lake nearly every day. The quick walk to the lake was great for the kids and offered hours of entertainment! Hi, We bought Turtle Cove Cottage in January of this year. The locals call us, "wash-ashores" as we are new to Cape Cod.
Recently retired, the Cottage offers us a nice retreat when we visit our son and his family who live nearby. Our son and daughter-in-law provide services to our rental guests and are just a phone call away should any problems arise.
We are delighted with the playful appeal of our Cottage home and especially enjoy having the swimmable lake beach just a few steps from our front door. Having several excellent restaurants within walking distance is also a great treat.
As new Cape Codders, we are still discovering much to love about our new home and the area. We have made a binder for our guests with menus from our favorite restaurants and other tips about what to see and do. Our guests also add information about their stay which is helpful to new renters.
We love to travel ourselves and will soon visit friends in Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland and Australia. We welcome guests from abroad and especially enjoy accomodating families to make travel easier.
