Single family with 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom - sleeps 5. A charming and immaculately maintained two-bedroom Cape Cod Cottage. Like new with an Old Cape Cod quaintness, in the best town on the Cape! Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffee maker, full bath with skylight, deck and patio with table and barbecue grill. There is one queen bed in the master bedroom, & one bunk with a double below and a twin above in the other bedroom. The cottage has cable hookup with a great combo 27'' TV/DVD. All blankets and pillows are provided. Bring your own linens, sheets and bath towels (which can be offered if need be). Each bedroom has a window fan and the main area has a cathedral ceiling fan. The kitchen area is surrounded with sliding windows for fresh Cape Cod breezes.  
 
Vacation Rental Amenities  
Outside deck and outdoor shower. Nice patio with Bar-B-Q grill. Please only smoke outside on the deck. This place is like new, and we want to keep it that way. We just added shells to the driveway, and we are ready for summertime! 
 
Activities and Attractions  
There's a beach a half mile away...to the wonderful family friendly Pilgrim Lake. Nauset Beach, world renowned for Atlantic surf, is 3-1/2 miles along a side road from the cottage. Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay is great for long walks at low tide & only 10 minutes through Orleans Center. Rock Harbor and its fleet of charter fishing boats is also on the Bay side. Catch your first keeper! The South Orleans Post Office, General Store, and Citgo Station are 1/2 mile down Rt. 28 towards Chatham. (This part of 28 actually heads South while the street sign says Rt. 28 North!) Pleasant Bay is a few miles beyond there on one of the most scenic drives along Rt.28 in the country! Chatham is probably the best walking village there is. Cape Cod is all around! The National Seashore is 10 minutes away, and Wellfleet Drive-In, Flea Market, & theater is just 15 minutes away. Golf courses are everywhere! The Cape Cod Rail Trail is a great way to tour some beautiful places seldom seen from a car. Provincetown and the fantastic tip of the Cape is a mere 35 minute drive. Long walks on the beach are all within minutes. You will love this little piece of Old Cape Cod heaven. You will love it here!

Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday one week slots. Currently all weeks in 2009 are available. Check with us by email for up to date availability. 50% deposit due when reserving a time slot, with the balance due before check-in. Checks can be mailed and we can take PayPal.
