    1/2 deposit is de upon booking. Final payment is due six weeks before arrival.Cash, check, or money order is the excepted payment methods. Sorry, no credit cards. Full amount is returned if cancelled prior to 1 month. If Less than a month,the money is not returned unless we rerent the room. The price of the room depends on the week rented. Weeked rentals are available in the off season.All rates quoted include parking.
