Vacation Rental Description
The perfect weekly condo rental in Provincetown (P-town) places you in the center of town and right on the beach. Our fully equipped apartments include a (street facing) studio, (beach view) 1-Bedroom, (cozy beach-front) 2-Bedroom, and a (large beach-front) 3-bedroom with huge deck on the beach. We offer accommodations / lodging for your vacation. 
Beautifully Furnished - Just Like Home 
Come inside your apartment, to find not only linens on the bed and in the bathroom, but wood and carpeted floors, full kitchens with full refrigerators, stoves, (most have dishwashers), dishes, and pots and pans, utensils and glassware.  
Not forgotten are TV sets, VCRs, bookcases filled with books, a few video tapes, hi-fi stereo systems where you can plug in your own portable CD player. Of course, there are cotton blankets for cool evenings, fans for warm evenings, and air conditioners for hot evenings.  
Privacy with a Small Number of Units 
With just two beach-front units and two water-view units, you feel like you are in your own home (away from home). Each unit has its own entrance so there aren't dozens of people walking by your door — good for privacy. You can walk out of your apartment and go directly (without crossing any streets) to stroll a broad expanse of sand or swim right in the bay. This beach is very private and quiet because the Commercial Street stores block the bustle and the view of it.

    • This is the largest unit and has a large great-room with living, dining and kitchen. All the rooms are large and you are on the second floor, accessed by a flight of stairs on the deck. (There is no elevator.) Two of the bedrooms have two twins that can be made into a king - let us know your wishes. There is a full-size bed in the third bedroom and a full-size futon sofa in the living room. There is a large dining table with six chairs and another dining table with chairs on your deck.

    Running weekly rental condos/apartments since 1990. Starting in Provincetown in 2002. I live on the site in the summer. If anything goes wrong, I am right there to make your stay enjoyable and act as a concierge for resturants, shows, etc., or just to change a light bulb!
