Description: Bungalow style cottage located in quiet landscaped area with mature trees. Front porch with two rocking chairs. Great room has cathedral ceiling and loft , small deck located in rear of house. Bathroom access from kitchen and master bedroom. Bright and airy in summer , warm and cozy in winter.  
New appliances and fixtures, kitchen has microwave, dishwasher,electric coffeemaker, toaster oven. Washer, cable tv, telephone (wi-fi wireless g or better only). 1 Bedroom. Non smoking. No pets. Air Conditioning available when required.

    After you look over the listing sheet give me a telephone call(at the 917 #) and we can chat. Then If your still interested I'll mail you a rental agreement. One half of the rental amount is due as a deposit(if you cancel and I re-rent you get the deposit back. In 3 years we never had to hold a deposit because we couldn't re-rent.) The remainder is due 30 days before occupancy . We also require a security deposit of $125- payable by check 30 days in advance. This will be returned to you by check within 30 days of your departure. If you ask for a week I will hold it for 10 days until your deposit arrives. Due to high demand this year I have received many requests for the same weeks so once you reserve a week your prompt response is requested.
