With Friends...gas cooktop, soapstone sink, full Butler's Pantry, and 12' breakfast bar. Kitchen opens to Keeping Room with wood burning fireplace and open to the Great Room...dining, conversation 'pit' and gas fireplace. On the first floor you will also find a den that can be closed off from the open areas and a small full bath with tiny designer tile shower. Upstairs...three bedrooms. Two are oceanfront with queen beds, jacuzzi's, and balconies and the other has two full beds. You will also find the laundry room. This home features outdoor speakers, gas grill, sea kayak, 'old' bikes, beach chairs, cooler, and linens* (ask owner). This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. This home is in a quiet residential area so if you are looking for a Cape Cod action vacation--this spot is probably not for you...but if you want a beautiful spot -- inside and out -- to hang with your family to relax, read, cook, play games, and be convenient to Boston, Providence, Newport, Falmouth, Woods Hole and ferrys to the islands...it doesn't get better than this.
