Our bright and airy home features central A/C, above ground pool, spa and of course our enclosed H/C shower...Cape style! Our well manicured lawn, front porch, deck, bricked patio and large above ground POOL will give you many options to enjoy outdoor living.
You'll feel at home in our well equipped kitchen. We have a lobster pot, bread maker, ice cream maker and more! The large living room has a 32 inch flat screen TV w/DVD player. This level also has a bedroom w/queen sized bed and TV. A full bathroom/laundry room is conveniently located near the bedroom.
The large loft upstairs has two skylights and hosts a queen sleeper, loveseat and a 42" HDTV w/DVD providing extra living space for you and your guests. Another skylight is above the queen bed in the huge master bedroom. Perfect for star gazing on those crisp and clear Cape nights! The third bedroom hosts two twin beds. A full bathroom completes the second level.
An enclosed H/C water outdoor shower is the perfect ending to a great day at the beach! Located near the shower is our new SPA! We also have a pool table & table tennis in the full basement. Of course, we have puzzles and games!
We are within walking distance to Harwich Elementary School w/great playground, soccer/baseball fields, basketball court. You may also walk into Harwich Center to a Mexican restaurant, coffee/pastry shop, etc. We love being near the Cape Cod Bike Trail, Brooks Library, tennis courts, etc. Only 1.5 miles to Harwichport's beaches, quaint shops/restaurants, a 9 hole golf course and more. Fresh water ponds are also nearby. For baseball fans, summer evenings are perfect to catch a Harwich Mariners Baseball game, only one mile away! Nantucket Ferry is a few miles away with FREE parking for day trips. Enjoy weekly band concerts in the town of Harwich on Tuesday nights!
