This is a three bedroom penthouse condominium on the second floor in this two thirds story building, the lofts in this unit being the third story. This unit also has access to the cupola on top of the building for viewing the area as well as natural ventilation. The building and unit are only six years old. Walking distance to the warm water Nantucket Sound beaches, Harwich Port Village, shops and restaurants.
There are sleeping accommodations for ten or more if necessary. Three bedrooms (one king, two queens), a den with a large sectional where two could sleep, and a pull-out queen bed in the living room. The lofts are wide open for additional sleeping on blow-up mattresses if needed.
The unit is gorgeous with vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, large dining room with table and chairs to accommodate up to twelve people. The master bath has its own Jacuzzi bath, private deck and gas fireplace with private quiet loft room for an infant in a playpen.
