Vacation Rental Description
Just step out onto the 40 foot fir deck with nice hot cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful beauty of both the ocean and inlet views as the swans swim gracefully by and the Red winged black birds flutter about. It's vacation time. Then stroll across the street with a book and a beach chair and soak up the gentle surf and basking sun. You can walk to several restaurants for lunch or a quaint breakfast or hop in your car or on a bicycle for a ride along the ocean. We have found it the best place on earth to do absolutely everything or my favorite, nothing at all!!! Hope to see you there! 
We begin our rental period at 3:00 pm on Saturday and run to 10:00 am the next Saturday. This is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental.

    A 50% deposit is taken with the signed contract by check. The balance is due 30 days before the rental date. Cancellations made 90 days prior to rental period will be charged a $300.00 fee. Within 90 days of the rental period 50% of the deposit will be at risk.
