Vacation Rental Description
This is for a one week rental of unit 112113 at the Diamond Resorts’ Edgewater Beach Resort (www.diamondresorts.com , www.edgewatercapecod.com , www.intervalworld.com resort EEB ), 13-20 June 2009. You will be renting a TWO Bedroom, TWO Bath Deluxe Condo. Located on the warm beach and waters of Nantucket Sound. No dangerous roads to cross or drive required to go to the beach. 
 
There are activites galore throughout the Cape and Dennisport is stratigically located to help you see it all. Best of all, traffic is never a problem in Dennisport allowing you to escape the congested areas. During the third week of June the Cape offers daily events at the Cape Cod National Seashore, lighthouses, ancient windmills, history museums, art museums, gardens, festivals, shopping on Route 6 or 28, local and professional playhouses, home tours of famous people, reliving history through historic sites everywhere, great bicycle trails, nature trails/hikes, golf, boating, sailing, kayaking, swimming, beach activities, whale watching, fresh and saltwater fishing, beach sunsets on the Sound and Bay, exploring the Cape Cod Canal, family activites and putt-putt golf, Irish pubs, great ice cream parlors, world class events, small town atmosphere, Americana woven into everything and of course unlimited supurb seafood. Just a great place for families or adult couples. I will be happy to make itinerary suggestions and show you where to find information on Cape Cod activies. 
Cape Cod is an amazing place and Dennisport is a quaint, safe village on the Sound where you can walk to restaurants, shops, playhouse, library or ride your bike a short distance to buy seafood to bring back to the unit for home cooked lobster, clam seafood meal or ride 30 miles on the Cape Cod Rail Bike Path stopping along the way to swim, explore, or pick-nick. The fast ferry to Nantucket departs from a harbor only a couple miles from the condo which can save driving to Hyannis or Falmouth. The published rack rate for the Edgewater Beach Resort (on website) is $500/day plus 9% tax or 9,5000 Diamond Points. The resort management will charge me a 455% fee if they rent my unit for me ($1575.00). I'd prefer giving the savings to you. In 2009 I will also have available 08-15 August and 05-12 September. If interested in those units, contact me by e-mail for a quote.  
I regret that NO pets allowed.
