Downstairs features 1 Bedroom (full bed) and 1/2 bathroom, 1 eat in kitchen, 1 very large Living room 24x12 with dinette, love seat, couch,fireplace. 
 
The house is spacious enough for 2 families if needed. Rates reflect total of 6 people; rates are higher for bigger party. 
 
Unbeatable location: The street is not busy and the neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. 
Plenty of trees in the backyard to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and listening to the birds chirp. 
 
Straight shot to the beach (no lefts or rights) walk straight and get wet.
