This home has 2 queen bedrooms, with A/C window units in both bedrooms, 1 full bath plus an enclosed outdoor shower, a comforatble living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen including gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and lobster pot as well as all the kitchen basics of dishes, glassware, cookware and utensils. Nice backyard with patio table, chairs, umbrella and a gas grill.
Just a short drive to downtown Hyannis, stroll Main St., enjoy the shops and restaurants or catch a ferry to the Islands or go sightseeing on the water from Hyannis Harbor.

Waterfront Rentals will accept a U.S. personal check or U.S. bank check. We do not accept credit cards. Half the total rental is due in order to book a property. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival as well as a refundable security deposit.
