Our home is the perfect spot for your family to enjoy beautiful Cape Cod and award winning Chatham. Located on a picturesque and VERY quiet street you can stroll to Pleasant Street Beach or Forest Street Beach. The yard offers the perfect place for the kids to play, the upper and lower decks offer great outdoor entertaining areas.
Inside you will enjoy a spacious floor plan. The main floor offers an open concept, cathedral ceilings, beautiful furnishings and a great Cape feel. The lower level offers another living room and one of the 4 bedrooms, lots of room! It's a great space for the kids to enjoy a little R&R after a big day at the beach or for the grown-ups to catch a nap.
Morning walks through the neighborhood are one of our favorite things to do, the perfect way to start the day! Head to the Box Office Cafe for your first cup of coffee and then to the beach for the perfect place to enjoy it. Bring your bikes, access to the famed Rail Trail is less than a mile away.
Downtown Chatham is just a five minute drive. Set your own pace as you sample the specialty shops and enjoy its historical charm. Don't miss the Chatham A's games (free) at the ball field or summer concerts weekly in the town center.
