Unique 3 br/2 bath Cape ranch with central air in a wonderful quiet neighborhood offers a large professionally landscaped fenced yard which will have a brand new hot/cold outdoor shower enclosure ready for the summer season. This home is the perfect retreat with plenty of space to spend special time with your family or by yourself!
Comfortably sleeps six. The master bedroom has a queen bed and large private bath. As for the other bedrooms; one has a queen size bed and the other a twin trundle offering the option of two separate beds or a king when put together.
As for all that space, there is a living room, dining room, fully appointed kitchen with an adjoining family room. A bright three season sunroom provides additional space. You can even consider bringing the in-laws; while you are at the beach the in-laws can relax in the sunroom overlooking the many flowering plant varieties in the private yard.
