Beautifully renovated unit in two family house on a quiet residential street in Newton, just minutes away from Logan Airport, downtown Boston, Harvard Square & area colleges. Conveniently located to public transportation, the 2,300 square feet luxury unit occupies the second & third floor of an off white stucco home. It has central air & hardwood floor. The living room is furnished with a plushed oversized sofa and a flat screen TV. The dining room across has large bay windows with overhung chandelier. Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a granite island counter and cherry wood cabinets. The office/den is furnished with a desk, computer with internet, and full size futon. The marble floor half bath completes this floor. Upstairs on the third floor is the master bedroom with its own private bath and a walk-in closet. There is one king size bed, two queen size beds, and two twin size beds. Washer and dryer are situated in the laundry closet next to the main bath.

    Reservation/Deposit/Final Payment: For weekly rentals, a nonrefundable deposit of $1,000 is required with a signed rental agreement to confirm your reservation. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to your date of arrival. For nightly rentals, full payment, received at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival, is required with a signed rental agreement to confirm your reservation. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of final payment. The security deposit will be refunded, less any phone charges and damage, in 30-45 days after date of departure. An itemized bill will be sent to lessee for any deduction made. The cost of any damage and phone charges in excess of the security deposit will be due within 2 weeks of the date of invoice. Cancellations: The initial deposit is non- refundable. Refunds on balance are given for cancellations made more than 30 days before the first date of occupancy.
