Welcome to Yun’s Place, a bed and breakfast that we hope you will find extra special. We will do everything we can to make your stay in the Boston and Cambridge area a pleasant one. Please contact us when business or pleasure brings you to our little haunt. We are conveniently located between Boston and Cambridge, a stone’s throw from Harvard Business School, a 10-minute walk from Harvard Stadium and athletic fields, and a 20-minute walk from Harvard Yard. Also, Yun’s Place is conveniently served by public transportation. We are a 20-minute walk from the Metro (Red Line and Green Line), which give you access to all of Boston. The Green Line goes directly to Hynes Convention Center. Bus 64 goes to MIT. And Bus 66 goes to the Longwood medical area. If you are driving, we are close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Storrow Drive. To explore our surroundings.
We charge $109 per room per night for single or double occupancy. Prices include all taxes. We charge more, however, during special events (Boston Marathon, Head of the Charles Regatta, commencement). We offer two rooms in a Victorian-era house. One room has a queen-size bed and can comfortably accommodate a couple. The other room has two single beds. The bathrooms are shared. We offer complimentary computer use, Internet access, WiFi, and off-street parking. To the left are some pictures of our accommodations.
One guestroom has a double (queen-size) bed and can comfortably accommodate a couple. And we have central air conditioning for when it gets too hot.Our other guestroom has two single beds for friends. This room too has central air conditioning.We offer complimentary use of a computer, Internet access, and local phone service. In our kitchen, we offer you complimentary breakfast. Since you serve yourself, so you can have as much as you want when you want. You may also take bottled water when you go out. Our bathrooms are shared, but we rent only two rooms, have two bathrooms, and give you as much privacy as possible. We also offer complimentary off-street parking.

We are within walking distance of Harvard University, and Bus 64 goes to MIT. If you know your destination at either of these institutions, you can use online interactive maps to find it at Harvard and MIT. Tours of Harvard start at Harvard Subway Station.
Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts is a world-class museum with a well-rounded collection. Close by is the Gardner Museum, an interesting collection housed in a garden-like setting. Harvard University is home to several museums of renown. For Western art there is the Fogg Art Museum. For Asian art, there is Sackler Museum. Further north is the Harvard Museum of Natural History, which houses the Ware collection of Glass Flowers. Close by is the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology.
Many of Boston’s historic sites are along the Freedom Trail, highlights of which are the U.S.S. Constitution, Old North Church, Faneuil Hall, and the Old State House. Other sites of interest can be found on this interactive map and sidebar of Boston.
Travel Options
- Travel Info: We are close to the second entrance to Harvard Business School down Western Avenue. Opposite the Batten Way entrance is a short street called Hague Street. Enter Hague Street, and at the stop sign turn right onto Windom Street. Follow Windom Street to the first intersection, which is Hopedale Street. We are the yellow house at the northeast corner of Windom and Hopedale streets (66 Hopedale Street).
