Beautiful two story home on a deep water canal in Ocean Pines. Community has five pools including an in-door pool, tennis, beachfront access, bar and parking in Ocean City Maryland. 18 hole golf course on site and numerous award winning courses nearby, children's activities in the community center, numerous parks, skateboard park may be complete depending upon week. Ocean City boardwalk and amusements, 10 minutes, Assateague Island , home of Misty of Chincoteague and other wild ponies is 15 minutes and historic Berlin, home of 'Runaway Bride' and 'Tuck Everlasting' are within 5 minutes. Pets will be considered with a security deposit. Home has a pool table and dock with boat lift.

Smoking is allowed on the outside decks and screened porch Electric organ on site not piano This is a three story house with the third story rented to an individual with separate outside entrance and parking.

This is a comfortable home with plenty of space to enjoy family living or just get away in your own private room, balconey or porch. Ocean Pines is a wonderful community laced with canals, five pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, skateboard parks and all within seven miles of Ocean City beaches. Take a day and visit the wild ponies on Assateague island or visit Berlin, a quaint town filled with curio shops and antigues. Both Runaway Bride and Tuck Everlasting were filmed in this lovely town. Looking for good food, golf, boardwalk activities...you have chosen the right place. The restaurants range from Ruth Chris to Applebees with everything in between. Many of the fine dining restaurants will exceed any expectations for those from the large cities. There is so much to do for children from lazer tag, amusement parks, water parks to just crabbing on the back dock. Come have a wonderful vacation in our playground.
