Vacation Rental Description
This is the perfect beach house for a family. It is on the bayside with water on two sides with a dock to tie up your boat or to let the children do some crabbing or fishing! The beautiful back deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and watching the boaters go out to fish or to entertain family and friends as the sun goes down. The kitchen also has a bar that seats 3 and the dining room has a table that seats up to ten by adding one table leaf.
The community pool is about a 2 minute walk from the front door. There is plenty of parking and we have both a gas grill and a charcoal grill for your use. A washer and dryer are off the dining room and a family room with TV and video equipment. No pets are allowed but there are pet care facilities close by. We are within 10 minutes of walking to the beach and the boardwalk tram. The waterpark is directly behind the beach house as well as the children's park with rides, many eating facilities and the popular Salty Dog Pub.

Everything you will need is available. 2 TV's, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, micro-wave, bar off kitchen , washer and dryer, blow up beds for guests, a game closet, crab pots and clam rakes and plenty of parking.
*Guests required to bring own linens. (sheets, towels & pillow cases).
I queen bed....1 double bed and twin bed......1 queen bed and twin bed.
*There is an additional $250 security deposit to be returned if there is no damage to property or furnishings and closing house rules are followed.

The tram to the boardwalk is close by, swimming pool is on site, the children's park with lots of rides is directly behind us, the go- kart race track and fabulous water park is a 5 minute walk, docks, boat rental, water skiing, numerous eating facilities, the well known Salty Dog Pub, and much,much more.
Ocean City has events weekly at the Convention Center including craft shows, car and boat shows .

This vacation house is probably one of the best locations in Ocean City! Gullway is only 2 blocks from the beginning of the famous Ocean City boardwalk,a 10 minute walk from the ocean,a 5 minute walk from the fantastic water park and bus service and many restaurants are also within easy walking distance or plenty of parking if you wish to drive! The amazing thing is that the location of this particular vacation house has water on 2 sides and not only has a beautiful view; but is extremely peaceful and quiet. The common swimming pool is beautiful, as well and is tended twice a day to keep it clean and sparkling.
It is wise to make reservations early in February,March or April for the prime summer rental season.
