Vacation Rental Description
Ocean City Beach House located on the Canal with two boat slips. Just a short walk to the beach. Once block of Coastal Highway, located directly accross from the Carrousel Hotel. Our home has three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and private bathroom. One of the other two bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two twin size beds. We also have a pullout sofa bed available in the family area.

Our home is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and public transportation.

Amenities include a full size kitchen with utensils, three televisions, DVD player, Free Wifi, Air Conditioned and a garage.

We rent to families with an adult of at least age 25.

    Payment Policy: To guarantee your reservation a 30% deposit of the total rental is required. The deposit and signed rental contract are due 7 days after making your reservation or your reservation will automatically be cancelled. Your outstanding balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival date. Any reservation made within 60 days of arrival the balance will be due in full at time of booking. Please make checks payable to Lynne Burklo . Returned checks will carry a $35.00 penalty. Security Deposit is required. Credit Card or Cash security deposits are acceptable. Renter acknowledges we as the agent is given authority to charge Renters Credit Card for damages to the unit occupied by the Renter and/or his/her Guest. The amount of a cash deposit is $300.00. The security deposit will be processed within 10 days of check-out and will be returned to renter less any costs for repairs or excessive housekeeping charges if property is not left as required.
