Tucked into a wooded community in North Ocean City, Our Place at the Beach condos are close to the action, but also off the main highway so they're really peaceful and quiet. We've furnished this property with comfort in mind. Since our family uses it as well as rents it, we've decorated it with the idea that it should be comfortable, pretty and outfitted with what everyone needs to feel at home. Our condo has an amazing view of the bay and we get beautiful sunsets. The screened in porch is large and has a big picnic table and two adirondack chairs. Watch the sea birds or sit and read peacefully.  
If you want to walk the beach, we're just two blocks away. If you want more to do, don't miss the boardwalk. 
Ocean City has one of the best boardwalks in the United States. 26 blocks long with main area with amusement rides, arcade, pier, games, food, pubs and shops. Ride the trolley to see the whole boardwalk. 
Be sure to check out the brand new library that is just steps away. It's a beautiful facility with comfortable porch and computers/internet access.

    		  Low Season Price: €700 per Week
      High Season Price: €1,400 per Week
         

    1. 50% to reserve. 2. Balance is due no later than 21 days prior to beginning of rental period. 3. $350 Security deposit is required with the balance due. This will be refunded within 30 days following your rental if our property manager does not find any damages and all door keys, pool passes are returned following rental period. 4. Final payments accepted in the form of personal checks drawn on Maryland banks (no later than 21 days prior to beginning of rental period), bank checks and money orders. Paypal is available for a 3.5% fee. Make checks payable to: Janet Kahoe. There is a $25 service fee on all returned checks. 5. In the event of a cancellation, 1/2 of initial deposit is non-refundable. If Owners are in receipt of the total rental amount and are able to re-rent the time period in question, Owners will refund 75% of the total payment to Lessee.
