For those preferring to pay by check, 50% deposit within ten days of reservation; Balance 30 days prior to arrival. In all cases, a contract will be mailed to be sign and returned with photo ID. All prices subject to local taxes (10.5%) In case of a cancellation or transfer, the entire deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to find a new guest in which case the deposit will be returned less the cancellation fee of 21%
