The exterior is traditional, the interior has a striking open floorplan. The ceilings are 9 feet on the first floor and 8.5 feet on the 2md.  
 
The kitchen, dining room, family room and sunroom are all a single open space of over 1000 square feet - yet it's a very warm house. The hardwood floors are simply beautiful. Extensive, custom millwork provides detail and interest throughout. Furnishings are new and tasteful.

This is a paradise for outdoor sports and sightseeing. Go no further than the backyard for great swimming, crabbing, fishing, sunning & boating. The beach is a luxury spot all year long, and the heated pool provides for a swim during colder days and nights. Endless porches and a firepit available for nighttime fun. We have a small skiff available on request for cruising/fishing.  
 
You can Bike (we provide several bikes) or walk the neighborhood’s cul-de-sac and enjoy marvelous sunrises and sunsets among Maryland’s summer and weekend retreats. 
 
Hudson Creek is a long, protected river, provideing miles of kayaking, fishing & Bay access. Water-skiing is excellent. There are kayaks and a canoe for your use. The Choptank is three minutes away over land. The nearby boat ramp provides quick access to Oxford, St. Michaels and Cambridge by water.

There is a $225 cleaning fee per weekly rental. (See note (2)) Security deposit is required (2 weeks prior), to be refunded by check after inspection. All fees and payments are in US Dollars. OTHER Sorry; no pets, though there is a 7-day/week boarding kennel just ten minutes away. We strictly maintain a non-smoking house for our comfort and the comfort of our guests. The skiff must be requested in advance of your rental date. Skiff use is seasonal. The limit for overnight houseguests is 16
