Just around the corner is the City Dock where some of the finest restaurants in town are located and also some of the best shopping establishments. Annapolis is a sailing town as well as the state capital so arranging for lessons or chartering a boat is a simple endeavour. Baltimore and Washington DC are about 30 miles away so there's plenty of opportunity for sightseeing. No matter how you choose to spend your holidays, you'd have all the comforts of a home away from home. Come visit and live like the locals do. The house is available year-round for as few as three days or as long as a month.

    RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS: You must confirm your reservation with at least a 50% reservation deposit within 7 days. The balance of your reservation is due 60 days in advance. NOTE: Reservation requests placed less than 30 days before arrival date require a 100% reservation & damage deposit payment due immediately to Annapolis Accommodations by cashier’s check, wire transfer or credit card. CANCELLATION/TRANSFERS: In the event of tenant cancellation, regardless of reason, a fee of 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged to guest as long as notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival for all other reservations. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit being held and the remaining balance will be sent to Guest within 15 days of cancellation notice. If cancellation is received with less notice than 30 days, the guest forfeits the entire amount of the reservation deposits being held.
