The economy is hurting us all, so we have lowered our prices to help you get a well deserved trip away from it all. ANNAPOLIS BOAT SHOW OCTOBER 7-13 "SPECIAL BOAT SHOW PRICES" $199 per night.
2009 FALL AND WINTER RATES begin Oct 19: $175 per night for 1st two nights, $150 each additional night.
2010 SPRING AND SUMMER RATES: $199 per night for 1st two nights, $165 each additional night.

Charming Tuscan Waterfront Cottage! Beautifully furnished with panoramic views of the South River as it flows into the Chesapeake Bay. Living and dining rooms have huge windows to capture all the boating action as well as abundant waterfowl and fish. Fully equipped kitchen for your use. Brick fireplace, central air conditioning, linens, towels provided. Electricity, cable TV and taxes included. Covered parking for 1 car and in the driveway for 4-6 cars.
Private pier for your use: fishing, crabbing,or just relaxing. Fishing and crabbing supplies provided free of charge. The community beach with netted swimming area is only 6 blocks from the house. The property has a deep water pier and you can arrive by boat if you like. Furnished covered patio with gas grill for dining or relaxing while overlooking the waterfront is a real delight. Boat, kayak, jet ski rentals nearby. Only 10 minutes to Annapolis Harbor, 45 minutes to DC, 35 minutes to Baltimore and 2 hours to the Atlantic Ocean. Annapolis Mall which is filled with high end stores and fabulous restaurants of every cuisine is 5 minutes away. The Arundel Swim Center consisting of an indoor Olympic sized swimming pool, huge kids wading pool and over sized hot tub, plus large locker room and clean showers is about 3 minutes from the cottage. This area offers something for everyone. Please no smokers inside the house. Pets approved on a case by case basis.
Facilities
The cottage is located on the South River just off the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, MD. Serenity,privacy and total relaxation will be yours. The private pier is right in front of the cottage, where you can fish & crab. There is also a large swimming beach & playground in the community about 6 blocks away. The cottage has central A/C, a fully equipped kitchen & a dining room table that seats 8-10. 3 bedrooms: 1 queen bed, 1 full, 1 set of twins. All linens & towels supplied. One full size futon in living room. Waterfront patio with gas grill, brick fireplace for bonfires (wood is supplied) & patio furniture to relax & enjoy the views and breezes. The large comfy living room faces the river as does dining room & kitchen. There is a DVD player, & cable T.V. You may want to bring movies. For outdoors you may want to bring beach chairs & beach towels, for sitting on the dock and nearby beach.
Activities
About 10 minutes away is a high end mall with fabulous shopping & restaurants of every cuisine.
The cottage is 10 minutes from historic downtown Annapolis where you can shop, eat, take a water taxi ride or a larger boat ride/tour of the area.
Rent a boat, jet skis & kayaks. Whatever you decide to rent you can keep at the pier at the house. There is an Olympic size swimming pool & large hot tub at the Anne Arundel Swim center located 3 minutes from the cottage. The cottage is 20 minutes to D.C. metro station, 35 minutes to Baltimore & 2 hours to Atlantic Ocean.
The cottage is convenient to everything, yet your own little piece of heaven!
There is a Whole Foods organic grocery store within a few minutes, & Annapolis Seafood is about 10 minutes. So if you plan to eat in, there are great places to pick up great food. Also a large Giant Food grocery store very close by.
