Two floors boasting views of the Rachel Carlson Wildlife Refuge, Tidal Plain, Moody Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Five bedrooms, each with accommodations for two. First floor: master bedroom; full bath, washer/dryer; family and dining areas with fieldstone fireplace; breakfast bar, cable TV and combination VCR/CD player. Custom-designed kitchen includes all the comforts of home including a Jenn-Aire combination conventional / convection oven,disposal and dishwasher. The entire area overlooks deck and secluded back yard with lawn, sea grass and bushes; beyond to the wildlife refuge and marsh. Second floor boasts four bedrooms with beautiful views and includes: a bath with shower.

Rental deposit of $1,000 and Security deposit of $500 is due as will be discribed on rental application. Unpaid balance is due 4 weeks prior to occupancy. Should it become necessary for guest to cancel reservation the owner retains all received funds other than security deposit until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. All funds payable by cash, certified check, travelers check. U.S. funds only.
