Custom-designed kitchen includes all the comforts of home including a Jenn-Aire combination conventional / convection oven,disposal and dishwasher. The entire area overlooks deck and secluded back yard with lawn, sea grass and bushes; beyond to the wildlife refuge and marsh. Second floor boasts four bedrooms with beautiful views and includes: a bath with shower.

Should it become necessary for guest to cancel reservation the owner retains all received funds other than security deposit until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period.
