2 Bedroom cottage with 1 queen and 1 bedroom with twin over double. 
Sleep sofa in living area. Contemporary styling....tile throughout,(except bedrm) ceiling fans, 
AC,heat,full kitchen with many supplies and paper products.Washer/dryer in cottage, bath with toiletries, 
large oversized porch with windows all around,great in the morning when the sun comes up.Linens provided, blankets,throws,etc.EXCEPT towels and pillows. 
 
Cottage is located in Summer Village a planned gated community of free standing single family cottages. 
The complex has 3 pools with kiddies, tennis, pitch n putt, bocce, basketball,large outdoor movie theater, 
a pavilion with seating for 200 and during the summer weekly entertainment. A fitness center and family arcade room. 
The village has an onsite trolley and the Ogunquit/Wells trolley stops outside the front gate with access to  
many stops in the area.  
The cottage is directly off of Route 1 the major roadway in the area with access to all the shops/dining/entertainment in the area. Summer Village is within walking distance to many as well. 
 
The cottage is located in a quieter part of the complex and with plenty of grass for outdoor play by children. 
The cottage is non smoking and no pets. 
 
Rentals run from May to Oct. Nightly rentals all months except July thru Aug 20th...with a Sat/Sat arrival/departure for full week rentals. Minimum 2 night stay except August which is 3. 
Ask about using Pay Pal. 
There are no additional fees for cleaning/parking.

    • Cottage has kitchen paper products and other supplies for the weeks stay. Bathroom has toiletries and paper products. Hair dryer,gas grill, area menus and activity guides in cottage. 3 TVs,beach and outdoor toys for children. Parking for 2 cars.

    • The cottage community has many activities for children and adults throughout the summer.... 
    There is a large playground onsite, walking trails,baseball diamond, volley ball court and many many others. In addition the South Coast/Beach area of Maine is host to many of the summer sport activities and rentals. 
    Several area beaches have daily/weekly rentals for waterskiing, kayaking, deep sea excursions etc.

    1/3 non refundable deposit required within 2 weeks of confirmation by creditcard or check. Final payment due 1 month before arrival. 7% Lodging Tax added $100 damage deposit refundable 1 week after departure and inspection of cottage. Personal checks, credit cards, PayPal accepted. Cancellations accepted up to 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund minus initial dep.Full refund minus deposit if cottage can be rerented. All cleaning/check in/parking fees included in rental price.
