This brand new community has an adult pool with spa, 2 family pools, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, 2 play areas for children, outdoor movie theater, shuffleboard, basketball court, activity program for children 6-12 free of charge, baseball field and putting green coming this fall The facility also is a gated complex featuring an on-site property management team, fitness center with men/women locker rooms, sauna, a great room with a huge fireplace for socializing, a computer/internet room, a game room with arcade and more!

There is also a new internal trolley which will deliver you to any part of the Village (no need to drive!) Also,the Wells Trolley will take you to Wells, Ogunquit, York, The Kennybunks, several other beach communities and other great locations. One of the areas most popular beach is just minutes from the resort.

    All reservations are guaranteed by a deposit of 1/2 of the total,(inclusive of the Maine Lodging tax 7% and security deposit)If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date,a refund less $100.00 cancellation fee will be issued. Balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival NO REFUND IS GIVEN A no show/no call also forfeits the deposit. Sorry no refunds will be issued for early departures A security depodit is required and will be refunded after the cleaning service has inspected the condo. ***All facilities and amenities are inclusive in the rental rate including registration and cottage cleaning no extra fees***
