Adorable two bedroom bungalow beach cottage, the perfect vacation spot in beautiful southern coastal Maine. Camp Ellis is an experience not soon forgotten. Most vacationers come back year after year. This affordable vacation home will provide you a Maine vacation experience full of memories. Reserve your week early as this desirable house rents rapidly. Convenient location, walking distance to sandy beach, accessible boat landing and marina within yards of the house. More pictures available upon request. The weekly rental runs from Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 2:00 p.m. and check out by 10:00 a.m. There is swimming at a small beach just a 2-minute walk. The ocean, with a much larger beach and swimming is a 4 or 5 minute walk. Also within walking distance is a country store where you can buy food, wine, etc., and they also serve breakfast and lunch, and sell lobsters and clams. There are two restaurants within walking distance that have some of the best clam cakes and fried clams in all of New England, not to mention all types of other seafood. It's a great little fisherman's village and a peaceful and very friendly place.

Tucked away on a quaint and quiet beach road, you’ll find this cozy cottage within walking distance of the water’s shore. The small road on which the house sits leads to a picturesque fisherman’s marina, just two minutes away. And a five-minute jaunt through the neighborhood takes you to the ocean’s beach where soft waves and sandy shores welcome families and solo wanderers. Bath towels and kitchen towels are provided, but please bring your own bed linens unless other arrangements are made. Pillows and blankets are provided. Beach towels ARE NOT provided. Doing laundry is easy as the cottage is equipped with a fully functioning washer and dryer. A fully equipped kitchen for home-cooking. Outdoors, you’ll find a BBQ grill, and the screened-in porch provides a sweet and cozy space for sitting and reading, playing a game, or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. We're pet-friendly!

A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to reserve the week. A refundable $350 security deposit is required 30 days prior to occupancy. Cash or check only. Payment is due in full 30 days prior to occupancy. A Maine State tax of 7% is charged to all reservations. A $70 per week, per pet fee is added for those who have pets. Pets are allowed at my discretion.
