Rent separately or together for a big group. Upsairs has 3 b/r; downstairs has 2 b/r.

Upstairs: This nice 3 b/r is a couple of blocks from the beach, about a 1-2 minute walk. Reggio is close to the Ocean Park area of Old Orchard that is about an 8-minute walk to the pier & amusements. BED SETUP: The 1st bedroom has a Queen + 1 twin bed; 2nd bedroom has two twins and 3rd bedroom has a full bed. There is a full size futon in the living room with new mattress. Home will sleep 7 in beds and 9 utilizing the futon. Complete kitchen with new stove & full bath with tub/shower combo, washer/dryer, cable TV, gas BBQ grille, new hardwood floors in living room, picnic table. They do have heat if needed. Driveway to left of house will hold 3 cars. More on the street. It is a quick 3 min. walk to the beach and Ocean Park. It's location is about an 8 to 10-minute walk to the center of OOB and Pier. $1,600/wk.

Downstairs: BED SETUP: Master has 1 king; 2nd b/r has 1 full + 1 twin. New sleep sofa in living room. Sleeps 5 in beds, 7 with sleep sofa. Down unit is $1,200/wk. Sorry, no pets allowed

Need a big house? This is a great location for families & friends who rent together, rent along with STEPHEN Down which combined, will sleep 12 in beds and 16 utilizing the futon & sleep sofa. Stephen Down has a washer/dryer. See below. If both are rented at the same time, owner discounts the total by $100, to $2,700.

This house is one of several I rent in Saco (Ferry Beach, Camp Ellis & Bayview); in Old Orchard Beach and in Pine Point. All are on Saco Bay at the ocean. Some homes allow pets.

Ferry Beach & Camp Ellis are quaint areas, catering to families, sandy beaches (smaller one at Camp Ellis), unspoiled by high rises.

At Ferry Beach & Camp Ellis, when you go to the beach and have to go back for lunch, etc., you will not need to bring your blanket or chairs back. No one will touch them when you’re gone. It’s that type of a beach and area catering to families. Families return here year after year for vacations.

Camp Ellis is a "Fishing Village" area….now dotted with newly-remodeled. It is still an active fishing area for commercial lobstermen & fishermen. You can go over to the dock and watch both fishing vessels and pleasure boats.
Nearby is the Camp Ellis General Store which features daily lobster catch during season & will cook to perfection while you wait or return to pick them up. They also serve breakfast. In Camp Ellis you can also buy lobsters at "boat prices directly from our friend & neighbor. You’d have to cook them yourself if bought from him.

Whale watching & deep-sea fishing boats leave from the docks in Camp Ellis. Kayak rentals are nearby for use on the Saco River, which goes out to the ocean at Saco Bay. Boats for deep-sea fishing & whale watching also leave Camp Ellis docks.

At Camp Ellis, 3 miles away, there are two local restaurants (specializing in seafood), a bait & tackle shop, Deep-sea fishing boats leave from the docks in Camp Ellis. Kayak rentals are nearby for use on the Saco River, which goes out to the ocean at Saco Bay. Boats for deep-sea fishing & whale watching also leave Camp Ellis docks. Fish off the docks or a mile-long jetty.

Cable TV, 2 gas BBQ grille, picnic table, deck on rear, microwave, 2 bath each with shower/tub combo; washer/dryer. Completely furnished with all kitchen equipment. Nice yard. Parking for 3 cars in drive to left + 1 in front. More on street.

Low Season Price : $500
High Season Price : $2700 per Week

Half down is required to hold a unit & the balance is one month prior to check-in. All rentals in Maine are subject to a 7% lodging tax. Everything can be handled by E-mail: rental agreement, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits will only be refunded if the week that was reserved is re-rented at the same rate. If re-rented at a lower rate (due to a late cancellation), refunds will be adjusted accordingly, reduced by whatever reduction was necessary to re-rent the house. All money will be returned once confirmation of the re-rent & deposit received or if the property is re-rented at the last minute. If it cannot be re-rented, no refunds.If re-rented with no price reductions, all monies will be returned

Rental of unit sight unseen must be accepted upon arrival or all money is forfeited (this is written in the rental contracts)
