Enjoy a first-class vacation in this beautifully decorated colonial, located in the heart of Ogunquit Village and including a secluded backyard garden patio. This property is a short walk to all village attractions, shops, beaches, and restaurants. Downstairs, includes a fully-applianced kitchen, formal dining room with plantation shutters and slider to bricked patio, and living room with large color TV. Grand, central staircase leads to upstairs where there are 2 queen size bedrooms with a shared bath. Linens are provided, each room has color plasma television and refrigerators. This property is equipped with wireless internet service. The upstairs bathroom has a shared washer and dryer for the guest to use. This is a no-smoking and no pets property. The property is located on Glen Ave., Ogunquit, Maine Ogunquit offers the perfect summer in Maine Vacation. The beaches go for miles with beautiful white sand and natural dunes. The Ogunquit trolleys can easily take you from the beaches to Perkins Cove or the center of town. Ogunquit is known for its restaurants (from casual lobster dinners to 5 star dining) and professional theater at the Ogunquit Playhouse. The village of Ogunquit has shops, museums, antiquing, ice cream, dancing and nightlife. There is a 1 mile paved walk winding its way along the coast from town to Perkins Cove.
Beach, Cove & Water Activities: Perkins Cove: Just a short walk to Perkins Cove boutique shopping, art galleries and local cuisine restaurants, and to the Marginal Way which borders the ocean and takes you to Ogunquit Town Beach. More restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Easy drive to Outlet shopping in Kittery, ME! Also a short walk across the drawbridge in Perkings Cove to the Ogunquit Art Museum. Golf: There are golf courses open to the public just a few miles from the Sunrise House. Also the Par 3 at Merriland Farms. Eat fresh blueberries between holes. Great fun for the family. Also enjoy the many miniature golf courses where the Kids love out performing their parents. Cape Arundel Golf Club 967-3494 Kennebunkport Open to the PUBLIC 4/1 - 11/1 Cape Neddick Country Club 361-2011 York ME Cape Neddick country club is now a semi-private course. The golf course is open to public play during the shoulder seasons: April 15 until Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day until November 15.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser. •All full payments, Owner will pick up cost of lodging tax, savings of $280.00 •Deposits: Your deposit of 1/2 total rent plus $500 security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only). The deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. The 2nd half of rent plus 7% lodging tax will be due one month before arrival date. •Deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is given 60 days prior to arrival date. If less that 60days' notice, your entire deposit will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for entire period. If the property is re-rented, you will receive your deposit less the $75 cancellation fee.
