DEPOSIT: A deposit of $250.00 US is required for each weekly reservation.
After May 1, refunds on weekly rental only if period is re-rented
One or two night's deposit is required for shorter stays.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES ARE UNDERSTOOD TO BE DEFINITE. Deposits are applied towards last night reserved only.
CANCELLATIONS: Nightly deposit minus a $25.00 bookkeeping fee is refunded if we are notified 14 days prior to your arrival date.
*After May 1, Refund on Weekly Rental or nightly 2 Bedroom units will only be given once canceled week is fully re-rented.

Owners Profile

Our guests enjoy the beach, and our country surroundings. We are surrounded by Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. The Wells Reserve, a restored Research Estuary and Saltwater farm, is a short drive from us.

At our Lumberjack Condominiums, guests enjoy the Sugarloaf Ski season, one of the longest in the region, as well as summer hiking, biking, and golfing.
