Vacation Rental Description
Located in what was once Higgins Beach's Fireside dance hall, this rental has modern conveniences and plenty of old cottage charm. In fact, the 8’x8’ fireplace that earned the hall its name now stands in the cottage’s main living room. Yes, the cottage has two living rooms. This is one of the few cottages with a layout that allows for time together while still giving everyone their own space.
It has three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with a twin bed. An additional futon couch in the second living area means it sleeps 6 comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 ½ baths, washer/dryer, spacious layout and ample outdoor space. Heated.
Situated one block from the ocean, you'll be a short walk from everything you need, including the local vegetable stand, & store. Not to mention a lovely, foodie friendly restaurant less than a block away.
Whether you prefer watching waves crash on rocky ledge, fishing in the Spurwink River, or just relaxing on the half mile of beautiful white sand, you can't help but enjoy coming home to this cozy rental when the day is done.
