A private entrance welcomes you into this second level studio rental. The large open living space easily separates the living area from the sleeping area with queen size bed. With a full kitchen and bath with tub/shower this unit is the perfect setting for your perfect vacation at the perfect price.

Drink in the beauty of the Maine coast, swim in the Atlantic, eat Maine lobster, kayak, sight-see, shop, or simply relax - it's all here. But be forewarned - many who partake in the Maine way of life don't want to leave!

Our rates are for a 2-person occupancy. Additional guests (limit of 2) are $10 pp-per night. Children under 12 (same family)stay free. We offer nightly rentals at $125 per night (3-night minimum) Reservations for less tahn 4 nights and reservations made less than 3-weeks prior to check-in date must be paid in full (by credit card) when reservation is made. For all other reservations, a deposit (by credit card) equal to 1/2 the TOTAL rental rate is required when reservation is made, with balance due 2-weeks prior to check-in date. Deposits/payments on reservations will be refunded only if we are able to rebook your reservation. There is a $50 cancellation fee on all reservations. Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card accepted.
